一旦提交報名表格，代表你確認參加 「Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023」，並謹此聲明及作出以下保證：
1.1 你確認你自願參加「Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023」和願意承擔自身的風險及責任。閣下同意在以下情況下，自行承擔一切責任：於參加「Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023」期間或其後，包括在未能完成「Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023」的情況下或退出此比賽後、在練習期間、在往返此比賽途中，或者在其他場合，由此比賽引起或與此比賽相關的意外或不幸事故所造成的死亡、受傷、財物損毀、遺失，或遭受任何其他經濟損失或任何隨之發生之損失。你同意主辦機構、贊助機構或任何對此比賽提供醫療、膳食、物流、資訊科技或其他支援或服務之機構或人士（或任何上述機構 / 人士之董事、僱員、代理人或承辦商，或任何與上述機構 / 人士有關聯之人士），毋須就上述情況作出任何賠償或負上任何法律責任（除非該死亡或人身傷害是因主辦機構或任何上述人士的疏忽而引致）。
1.2 你同意主辦機構有絕對決定權決定因應政府政策、惡劣天氣、天然災難、傳染病、突然發生與公共交通相關或其他原因引致的事故，而對比賽形式及日期和時間作出更改，且你不會就主辦機構對比賽作出的更改提出異議。主辦機構有權在任何時候取消「Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023」，並毋須事先發出有關通知。
1.3 你同意並知悉你須自行承擔參加是次比賽的風險，主辦機構將不承擔你/你的支持者可能招致的任何損失或責任，但因主辦機構的疏忽而造成的死亡或人身傷害除外。如因你/你的支持者作為或不作為引起主辦機構任何損失或責任（包括任何第三方索賠），你/你的支持者同意賠償主辦機構並使主辦機構免受任何損失或責任。
2. 參加者個人資料
你同意主辦機構有權收集、儲存及使用你在一份或多份的表格（包括電子形式）上所填報之個人資料（以個人資料（私隱）條例之定義為準）以作「Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023」相關的用途（包括但不限於籌備、推廣或宣傳「Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023」）。你同意該收集、儲存及使用均屬合法。你亦同意主辦機構可將你的個人資料發放予其代理人、繼承人、支持機構及其他有關團體以作「Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023」及其他工作範圍相關的用途。你有權通過電子郵件致以下地址: event@thepeakhunter.com 向主辦機構要求查閱和改正我們持有的有關你的資料。

1. Disclaimer
By submitting the application form, you confirm your participation in "Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023" and hereby declare and warrant as follows:
1.1 You acknowledge that you voluntarily participate in "Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023" and are willing to bear your own risk and responsibility. You agree to assume all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023, including if you fail to complete Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023 or withdraw from the Contest, during practice, while traveling to or from the Contest, or on any other occasion. death, injury, property damage, loss, or any other economic loss, or any consequential loss, resulting from an accident or mishap arising out of or in connection with this competition. You agree that the Organizer, the Sponsor or any organization or person providing medical, catering, logistical, information technology or other support or services to the Contest (or any director, employee, agent or contractor of or associated with any such organization/person) shall not be liable for any compensation or liability in connection with the foregoing (unless such death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of the Organizer or any such person). 1.2 You agree that the Organisers have the absolute discretion to change the format and date and time of the Competition in response to government policy, adverse weather, natural disasters, infectious diseases, sudden public transport related or other causes and that you will not object to any changes made by the Organisers to the Competition. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel "Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023" at any time without prior notice.
1.3 You agree and acknowledge that your participation in this competition is at your own risk and that the Organisers will not be liable for any loss or liability that you/your supporters may incur, except for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers. You/your supporter agree to indemnify and hold the Organisers harmless from any loss or liability (including any third party claims) incurred by the Organisers as a result of your/your supporter's acts or omissions.
2. Personal Data of Participants
You agree that the Organisers have the right to collect, store and use the personal data (as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) provided by you on one or more forms (including electronic forms) for purposes related to "Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023" (including but not limited to the preparation, promotion or publicity of "Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023"). You agree that such collection, storage and use are lawful. You also agree that the Organizer may release your personal information to its agents, successors, support organizations and other related parties for purposes related to "Dark45 by The Peak Hunter 2023" and other areas of work. You have the right to request access and correction of the information we hold about you by emailing the organizer at event@thepeakhunter.com.
3. Participant Health Declaration
You confirm that you are in good mental and physical health and are capable of handling the event and have not been diagnosed by a medical practitioner as being physically unfit to participate in the event.
